Winter Spa Ritual

While cold weather tenses the body, warm rituals create balance. Here is why you should visit the spa more often in winter.

Winter ritual — warm Turkish bath

Winter not only dries the skin; it also tightens the muscles, pulls the shoulders up and shortens the sleep cycle. This is exactly where warm rituals come in.

Why does heat heal?

The human body performs best between 36-37°C. In the cold, circulation slows, muscle tone increases, and joints stiffen. Warm Turkish bath, sauna and a massage with aromatherapy oils target all three problems at once.

Our winter recommendation

  1. First 10 minutes of sauna — frees the body from external tension.
  2. Then 20 minutes of Turkish bath — renews the skin with kese and foam.
  3. Finally 60 minutes of aromatherapy massage — eucalyptus + lavender oil combo is recommended.

A tired winter evening, a good night of sleep that begins with a warm ritual — it is that simple.
