ARTICLE 5 — PERFORMANCE (DELIVERY)
The service is performed on the confirmed appointment date and time, at the branch selected by the Customer, to the Customer in person. If the Customer arrives after the appointment time, the session is performed within the remaining time without exceeding the planned end time, and no price reduction applies.

However, under Article 15/1-(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, contracts for leisure-time services that must be performed on a specific date or period are an exception to the right of withdrawal. Spa, massage and wellness appointments tied to a specific date and time fall within this scope, and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for such services.
6.3. Under Article 15/1-(h), the right of withdrawal also cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the Customer's consent.
